By booking transportation services with Black Diamond Executive LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Black Diamond Executive LLC is a licensed luxury chauffeur and transportation company operating in Orange County, California, and surrounding areas.
All reservations are subject to vehicle availability. Reservations can be made via:
A reservation is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from us (via email or text message) and any required deposit has been processed.
Quotes: All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual travel time, distance, wait time, tolls, parking fees, and any additional stops or services requested.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved corporate accounts. Cash payments may be accepted with prior arrangement.
Deposits: A deposit may be required for certain bookings, including but not limited to hourly charters, special events, and long-distance travel.
Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in quoted rates and is at the client's discretion.
We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Flight Monitoring: For airport pickups, we monitor your flight status and adjust pickup times accordingly at no additional charge.
Wait Time: For airport arrivals, we provide 60 minutes of complimentary wait time from the actual flight landing time for domestic flights and 90 minutes for international flights. Additional wait time may be billed at our standard hourly rate.
Meet & Greet: Unless otherwise arranged, our chauffeur will meet you at the designated pickup area. Curbside pickup is standard; terminal meet-and-greet services can be arranged for an additional fee where permitted.
Hourly bookings have a minimum duration requirement (typically 2-3 hours depending on vehicle type). Time begins at the scheduled pickup time, regardless of whether the client is ready. Overtime beyond the booked hours will be charged at the applicable hourly rate.

Clients are responsible for any damage to vehicles or equipment caused by themselves or members of their party. A cleaning fee of up to $500 may be charged for excessive mess, spills, stains, or odors requiring professional cleaning. Damage to vehicles will be assessed and billed at repair or replacement cost.
Black Diamond Executive LLC maintains comprehensive commercial auto insurance as required by California law. However, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Clients are encouraged to allow adequate time for travel and to carry appropriate travel insurance for important events.
We shall not be liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, traffic accidents, road closures, civil unrest, or government actions.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
